Cultural intervention at Comuna 13, Medellín, Colombia, 2005 - 2019. As a result we have 818 people who finished high school in 2019 through an essay that must includes mathematics to the Ministry of Education at Colombia, and present the Saber 11 tests with the option to study, work or undertake. 10 people answered total test, obtained  the maximum score and received scholarships for undergraduate studies in Andes, Sabana and Eafit, 8 in Medicine, 2 in Administration. The other high school graduates had  the possibility to apply for scholarships in public universities, entering the classrooms in 2020. Cultura E receives 515 business projects from people from Comuna 13, statistics as of December 2019.
